The Quickscan is an abbreviated research by an Asbestos Surveyor. This involves looking at possible asbestos-containing sources in houses. From the Quickscan we can determine whether there are asbestos-suspected materials present.<\/p>\n<p>A Quickscan consists of: desk research, visual research and a report of asbestos-suspected materials.<\/p>\n<p>The Quickscan Asbestos Inventory can only be taken for homes of 0 &#8211; 200 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The report of the Quickscan is not suitable for asbestos removal and is usually used for the purchase or sale of a house.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Disclaimer<\/strong>: Additional costs for additional research as a result of possible asbestos contamination are not part of this assignment.
