Last month, a minute of silence was taken for four people alleged to have died from exposure to chromium-6. Although according to Tilburg councilor Esmah Lahlah “everyone has worked with the best intentions”, it now appears afterwards that exposure to chromium-6 poses health risks.
Immediately after the publication of NEN-EN-ISO 11731 Water – Counting of Legionella in June 2017, NEN started developing the Dutch practice guideline “NPR 6278 – Water – Explanation of the counting of Legionella according to NEN-EN-ISO 11731”.
