The quick scan will determine whether asbestos-suspected materials are present. The report is unsuitable for asbestos removal and is usually used for the purchase or sale of a home.

Applicable in the Netherlands only. The Quickscan is an abbreviated research by an Asbestos Surveyor. This involves looking at possible asbestos-containing sources in houses. From the Quickscan we can determine whether there are asbestos-suspected materials present.
A Quickscan consists of: desk research, visual research and a report of asbestos-suspected materials.
The Quickscan Asbestos Inventory can only be taken for homes of 0 – 200 m².
The report of the Quickscan is not suitable for asbestos removal and is usually used for the purchase or sale of a house.
Disclaimer: Additional costs for additional research as a result of possible asbestos contamination are not part of this assignment. Additional costs are discussed with the client before the start of the contamination investigation.
